2023 milling paving
Dear Ringwood Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
List of all roads in the Borough that are scheduled to be milled and repaved for the 2023 calendar year. I would also like the tentative dates when they are to be done.

In response to your OPRA request dated 8/22/23, attached is the latest
spreadsheet and map that was emailed to the paving contractor and various
Borough Hall people from the Borough Engineer.
The Engineer also noted the following:
These streets are tentatively scheduled to be paved soon. The contractor
recently stated in 2 weeks, but the start date is weather dependent. The
contractor hasn’t provided a firm start date yet.
A portion of Skyline Lakes Drive received a NJDOT grant. Part of this
project is milling and resurfacing from Rt 511 to just past the first
Edgewood Road. This project should start this fall. However, the
milling and paving may not be until the Spring in 2024.
Lastly, additional streets, milling and paving, may be completed prior to
this winter.
