Thanks for your reply. I already saw these items on the website, and noted that each document is only one single page. However, both of the documents include the phrase: "Detailed breakdowns can be found in the subsequent pages."
My request was for a complete version of each document, with all of the pages, not just the first page. Are you able to provide those records?
