I believe the contract you sent me is the contract for our general auditing services for 2023.

I am requesting the contract for the audit that procured by the City to specifically review the PILOT payments received to date. It was likely signed in 2023 or 2022 with Mr. Higgins' firm Lerch, Vinci & Higgins, LLP.

It has been discussed during multiple Council meetings this year and last so please let me know if you have any questions.

Dear Linda Meyers,

The contract you sent me was between the City and PKF O'Connor, Davies LLP. Did Mr. Higgins transfer to this firm because the City website lists his firm under the Finance tab as Lerch, Vinci & Higgins, LLP.

Although the PILOT audit has not been submitted by Mr. Higgins yet, the extensive nature of this audit likely required an additional contract to be submitted.
