Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide copies of all candidate petitions filed with your office for the 2022 primary election. As this is an urgent matter, please provide them as soon as possible. Thank you kindly.

delivered directly to Jean Golisano, Deputy Clerk, during my absence.
Please call her directly at (609) 664-3133 to schedule delivery time.
Deadline is Monday, April 4th at 4:00 p.m. No petitions will be accepted
after the deadline.
Please note that ALL OPRA requests must be sent to Jean Golisano at
[email address] for consideration and follow up. OPRA requests
will not be considered received, even upon my return, if not sent
directly to Jean during my absence.

I apologize for failing to pass on this request to your colleague. I'm glad you are back and able to respond as soon as possible. Please be advised 19:13-9 requires that "All petitions when filed shall be opened under proper regulations for public inspection." Please also consider that the deadline to challenge a candidate petition is April 8. This is the urgency that I was referencing in my request. Again, please accept my apologies.
