Dear South Amboy City,
Please be advised 19:13-9 requires that "All petitions when filed shall be opened under proper regulations for public inspection." Please also consider that the deadline to challenge a candidate petition is April 8. This is the urgency that I was referencing in my request. When will you be able to provide copies of the petitions?
