There is no W-2 as Wendy Mitchell was not a Township employee. I have provided a copy of the 1099 form.
Redactions were made to the 1099 to remove Social Security number as per N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1.
The 2022 1099 will not be available until 1/31/2022. I will email the document as soon as it is processed by the Finance Department.

I am confused. Why does the space where the Tax ID # should be have a private social security number? Does WLM Mitchell Consulting have a Tax ID #?
