MCSO Communications does not maintain records for Farmingdale as they are under the New Jersey State Police. You may contact the New Jersey State Police to obtain this information.
Pertaining to the request for Brielle, due to the voluminous request, and the redactions that will be required, we will not be able to complete the request within the seven-day time frame.

In a previous response sent by Cynthia Scott on OPRA Machine, these same exact logs (this time for Monmouth Beach) were sent covering just one month of data (February 7-March 6, 2022). Please refer to this link for the response your OPRA custodian sent:

If I amend my request for just a one month time frame of January 1, 2022-January 31, 2022, will the records be able to be sent free like you did for the Monmouth Beach requester earlier this year? Hopefully the smaller time frame, like the Monmouth Beach request, will suffice to get the records.
If there will be a charge, I will withdraw my request. But since these same records were provided earlier this year (covering a one month time frame), that should suffice for me to get the amended request for free.

We need to know the exact month for which you seek the information. Your email mentions a previous response pertaining to Monmouth Beach that covered a one-month period (February 7-March 6, 2002). For which month and year are you making this OPRA request?
