Dear Adam Zweibel, 
I just received your email today, as I was out of the office on Thursday
and Friday.  All of the adopted signed ordinances are posted on our
website.  There were 46 ordinances introduced in 2021, (# 37-21 was never
introduced), of those 40 were adopted.  I was cross-referencing them to
make sure that those that were passed are all posted. In my review, I
noticed that ordinance 12-21 had not been posted.  That is why I just sent
that one to you.  Since my last email, it has been posted

emailing you, I was cross-referencing them to make sure that all the
signed ordinances also had the attachments to go with them.  As the file
size of all these ordinances is too large to email together, I will be
sending them to you via WETransfer.  If you prefer I can save them to a
USB drive for a cost of the drive of $7.57, and you can pick it up, or
have it mailed to you.  The cost for mailing would be $1.36 for postage
plus the cost of the bubble wrap mailer of $0.84.  Please advise how you
would like me to proceed to provide the records to you.
This cross-referencing will take some time and as I wrote to you earlier
in my first response to you on the 5th business day after receipt of your
request, a formal response is expected to be provided to you on or before
6/30/22.   We normally answer the request in the order received. Your
request was received after regular business hours on  June 7, 2022, and is
considered to be received on June 8, 2022.  Due to the large quantity of
other requests received, an additional time of approximately 15 business
days after receipt of your request, is needed to formally respond to your
request.   Please note that June 17 does not count as a business day as
the Township offices were closed for Juneteenth.
