Dear New Brunswick Board of Education,
Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide copies of the oaths of office for Yesenia Medina-Hernandez and Ivan Adorno, specifically the oaths they swore when they were appointed to fill the unexpired terms of the board members who resigned in 2021.

Yours faithfully,

Mr. Kratovil, The request for documents you made are exempt from OPRA

Dear Mr. Jannarone,

My request is not exempt. I think you meant to say that the documents I requested are exempt. Which OPRA exemption are you citing? Records are not exempt just because you say they are - rather, you must identify which exemption you are relying upon to justify your denial of access to the records. Please indicate the specific exemption that you believe applies to these records. Thank you.

Yours sincerely,

Charlie Kratovil

Mr. Kratovil, I have attached the exemption list from the NJ Government
records council website. The documents you requested fall under number 18
of the list. Instead of the document I am to provide you the Full name,
Title and date of the swearing in. You have their names and titles and I
provided the date per my earlier email. Thanks
