Dear Middletown School District,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. All instances in 2022-2023 school year where a teacher requested to use a restricted topic in BrainPop
2. All instances in 2022-2023 school year plus the first 3 months of this year where a teacher was approved or denied a request to use BrainPop restricted topics
3. All instances in the 2020-2021 school year where the now restricted topics (then not restricted) were accessed by teachers.
