As per our planning and zoning department this request was too broad in nature for too long of a time period. In liu of ZBA resolutions in the response provided was annual zoning board reports that are performed yearly with the variance information broken down for that entire year. 2022 report Is still pending and can be provided once it has been done. 2023 ZBA resolutions were provided. No such report exists for planning board approvals/denials per year, so all PB resolutions approved and denied were scanned in and provided in response sent. Copies of all Applications for both boards for 3 years is too broad in nature for too long of a time period. Applicant may make a scheduled appointment to come in and view any applications, appointments can be made to come in and view files for an hour at a time as someone must sit with all viewing files in office.
