2020election interior ballot storage custody logs and DB records

1. Copy of or Appointment to view drop-box recorded record of all and inclusive drop-boxes, all precincts within
Atlantic County from the November 3, 2020 election extending to include through mail in ballot count completion
2. Copy of all, inclusive Interior Ballot Storage Chain of Custody logs for the inclusive duration of the extended November 2, 2021.

Pursuant to NJ law, a response is due no later than 7 business days after
the custodian receives the complete request. Accordingly, a response is
due, on, or before 10/25/22.
With regard to your first request, please be advised that our client has
no documents responsive to the first request. This should be directed to
Atlantic County.
With regard to second request, due to the number of documents requested,
the Board will require an extension of thirty days to recovery and
photocopy the requested documents. Unless advised otherwise, we will
assume you consent to this request for an extension of time to respond.

With my sincerest apologies, please refer to the updated correction for part 1 of my request as follows, there was a confusion on my part as to the name of the County. The corrected county is Monmouth County.

My client has advised that they have prepared those documents response to the request for "Ballot Storage Chain of Custody logs." The cost for the production of these documents is $90 for the labor necessary to compile those documents ($18/hour for 5 hours). Additionally, the cost for mailing those documents is $30. Accordingly, upon receipt of payment, the documents will be forwarded to your attention.
