I hope your family and loved ones are staying safe during these difficult times. This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form.

I hope you may guide me in my request. I am trying to get data and information from the tax records. If the tax board is a separate contact for my request below, please feel free to forward my request them.

Monmouth County has provided a well-organized system for providing statewide tax data on individual properties/parcels (MOD IV). From my understanding, Monmouth County has taken the MOD-IV user manual and created a system to view tax records in a well-organized, easy to use manner via a web platform.

I would like my OPRA request to ask for the following records:
2020 Property Tax Records behind the MOD-IV Database search tool

If I have created any confusion, I am simply looking for the data driving the tool provided by the county here:
