Dear Requester,

The County of Hunterdon is in receipt of OPRA request
24-2057.

As you are aware on July 8, 2024, Hunterdon County Clerk,
Mary Melfi sent you an email in regard to your request. 

 Your Open Public Records request has been processed in
accordance with N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1, et seq. If your request
has been denied in whole or in part, the County of
Hunterdon reserves the right to raise any other grounds
for denial not raised in this response. The failure of the
County of Hunterdon to assert an exception or privilege
herein does not act as a waiver of any ground for denial
not raised herein.

The County considers your OPRA request closed.

 If your request for access to a government record has
been denied or unfilled within seven (7) business days
required by law, you have a right to challenge the
decision by Hunterdon County to deny access. At your
option, you may either institute a proceeding in the
Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with
Government Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial
of Access Complaint Form. You may contact the GRC by
toll-free telephone at 866-850-0511, by mail at P.O. Box
819, Trenton, NJ,08625, by e-mail at [email address],
or at their website at www.state.nj.us/grc. The GRC can
also answer other questions about the law. All questions
