Dear Mr. Kratovil, in regards to certified candidates in the 2020 Primary
Election. The Borough of Spotswood does not have candidates certified for
the 2020 Primary as the type of government in Spotswood is Non-Partisan,
so candidates for Mayor and Council do not run in a Primary Election.
They only run in the November General Election under the Municipal
Election Designation.
As for County Committee people, they do run in the Primary Election,
however, during 2020, due to COVID, the County did not have the Democratic
Committee people run in 2020. So therefore there was no certification in
the 2020 Primary Election.
