when offices will close at 1:00 pm. In observance of Memorial Day, City
offices will be closed on Monday, May 29, 2023.
Summer Hours: Monday- Thursday 8 am - 4:30 pm, Fridays 8 am - 1 pm
through Labor Day.

I'm sorry that you filed an OPRA request via email and did not receive a
response that we had received it. As you know from previous OPRA requests
that you have submitted, when we receive an OPRA request, we send you an
email advising that we received it.
Please note that if you submit an OPRA and you do not receive a response
from the City of Summit that you are more than welcome to call us at
908-273-6400. You also have our direct email addresses

can email us with any questions.
Additionally, the City has an online portal where you may submit an OPRA,

Though you do not have to utilize the portal, it is recommended so
instances like this do not happen. Bids are also posted on the City’s
