Thanks for this. Are you able to point out for me where the hourly pay rates are located within the document? I think I see them, but it's not labeled so I can't be sure. If you can't answer this question, maybe you can put me in touch with someone who can? Thanks.

The best that I can figure out is that it is in the first big box...some have hourly rates, and some have a check amount for salary employees. It is the amount above the hire date. Hope this helps.
