2018 Oath of Candidate Form, Certificate of Appointment of Campaign Manager Form, and Certificate of Acceptance Form signed by Jenna Figueroa Kettenburg and/or Jenna L. Kettenburg and/or Jenna Kettenburg or any name variation thereof in relation to the municipal election held in the City of Trenton on May 8, 2018.

Please also supply Disclosure Statement of Criminal Conviction for said candidate.
