Dear Town of West New York,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

I am requesting the rent control records stating the lawful rent for the property located at 6130 Bergenline Ave. I previously requested the rent control records in a different OPRA request--thank you for providing that! Upon review, I realized that I also need the rent control lawful rents for 2015 and 2016. If 2015 is not available, I am requesting just the 2016 rent control records. As a legal services attorney, my fee for these documents may be waived.
