In response to your OPRA request, concerning the above captioned, there
are no open permits, tank info or environmental issues on file. Attached
is the septic approval and permit from the Atlantic County Board of Health
and a survey plan showing the location septic system. The property record
card would have to come from the Tax Assessor's office. Please
