Any correspondence, agreements, or communications between the Township and the asset manager, mortgage holder, loan servicer, or any third party contracted to maintain or manage the property

Any records identifying the party responsible for property maintenance, including lawn care, snow removal, security, or repairs

Any records indicating tax payment responsibility, including information on who is currently making or delinquent on municipal tax payments

Any property violations, code enforcement activity, or Township interventions—including but not limited to maintenance liens, citations, or complaints

Any documentation naming the trustee, servicing company, or property preservation vendor tied to this address

If any documents are withheld in part or in full, please cite the specific legal exemption under OPRA and release all non-exempt portions of the records.

If your office does not maintain these records but another department or agency does, I respectfully request that you forward this request accordingly or advise me on the appropriate contact.
