Dear Garfield City,

I would like to request an update to the court case againt the landlord of 193 Cambridge Avenue Apt1 Garfield NJ Apt 1.
I just received a retaliatory attorney notice asking me to Cease and evict me from the property because it is zoned as a two bedroom and Start18properties rented the apartment to me as a 3 bedroom. I am scheduled Tuesday January 26 for a medical procedure and would like to address this mess before I am on bed rest for a few weeks. I didn't violate my lease in anyway shape or form can they evict me for their greed of collecting higher rent and pretending this was a 3 bedroom? I would have had no prior knowledge had I not applied for my parking permit from the city of Garfield and followed the housing and fire inspection regulations. This is how I became aware of the lies Start18properties was selling me.
