I have reviewed the construction files and there are outstanding permits
shown for this property. Attached please find a list of permits issued to
the property for your review.
Open Permit # 20052768 - Garage & Alterations
Our records do not show an oil tank present , suggest further research be
completed to confirm
It is possible the property was serviced by propane as I believe at one
time a tank was present.
At time of review the complete file was not present and may have been
damaged in a flood in our file room.
The file will be available for your review should you desire to do so.

Dear Mike Lennox,
thank you very much for your response; is there any record of septic tank on property or septic plan drawing? The oil tank sweep revealed a large underground object. They do not think it is an oil tank and believe this to be an abandoned septic tank?

Original survey & construction plans are not on file.
We had a flood years ago and lost a lot of older records & files.
I know property fairly well, prior to building of condos in area that property was service by well & septic.
Water & Sewer was part of the Condo project.
