Attached, please find all records readily identified as responsive by the
Land Use Department. The Township has redacted certain personal
information, which includes unlisted telephone numbers, etc. See N.J.S.A.
47:1A-1.1 provides that “a public agency has a responsibility and an
obligation to safeguard from public access a citizen’s personal
information with which it has been entrusted when disclosure thereof would
violate the citizen’s reasonable expectation of privacy.” This includes
social security numbers, personal telephone numbers, email addresses, bank
account information, driver’s license numbers, dates of birth, SBI
numbers, etc.
Your OPRA request is now deemed answered and closed by this department. In
