1. Police dispatch logs of all incidents of police dispatched to 1800 Jacksonville-Jobstown Road from 1/1/1990-present.

2. Police incident reports and any related case summary reports, with narratives, pertaining to two fires at 1800 Jacksonville-Jobstown Road on the dates 4/11/11 and 10/30/11.

3. Fire department incident reports/records from Springfield Township Fire Department pertaining to two fires at 1800 Jacksonville-Jobstown Road on the dates 4/11/11 and 10/30/11.

4. Any incident reports (with narratives), arrest reports, criminal complaints or summons from 1/1/1990-present pertaining to Burton Sipp (DOB: 5/15/44).

Dear Ms. Clayton,

I submitted an OPRA request on September 26. A response was due by October 6, but I have yet to receive any type of response beyond you asking someone else about the fire department. Please confirm receipt of this message and let me know the estimated time frame the request is expected to be completed. I understand from what you said above that you may not have access to the fire department records, but a response for the remaining three items should have been completed and sent on Tuesday, October 6 (or at least a response about needing an extension). If any responses were sent , they were never received.
