This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

For the last 20 years, any and all government records, as defined in N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1. relating to property designated as Tax Block 125.01 Lot 6, commonly known as 17Bridle Way, Wantage, New Jersey, including without limitation the following:
• Resolutions by the Planning Board or Board of Adjustment granting or denying any variance, site plan, subdivision, or other application for development

• Building permits, zoning permits, and/or applications therefor or denials thereof

• Certificates of occupancy and/or applications therefor or denials thereof

• Notices of violations, cease and desist orders, summonses, stop work orders, investigation reports or memoranda

• Property record cards

Attached please find, as provided by Hardyston Building Department
employee April Havrick and as approved by Hardyston Building Department
Official Joe Butto, a copy of a list of Building Permits including those
specific to 17 Bridle Way.

 

Attached please find, as provided by Wantage Township Tax Assessor Kristy
Lockburner,  a copy of the 17 Bridle Way Property Record Card, and, a copy
of the 17 Bridle Way Property Record and Appraisal Card.

 

Attached please find, as provided by Wantage Zoning secretary Jeanne
McBride, Wantage Planning Board Resolution In the Matter of Clydesdale
Ridge Application #4-94 Decided on March 15, 1994 Memorialized of May 17,
1994 Final Major Subdivision.
