I am interested in purchasing the newly subdivided property at Block 1403 Lot # 90.02 178 Grove Avenue, Verona, NJ. This property was recently subdivided from Lot 90 to Lot 90.01 & Lot 90.02. Please provide any and all open or closed construction permits, records of liens and/or back taxes against the property, annual tax amount, building or code violations (pending or closed), property card and oil tank history for the property. Please also provide the council, zoning and planning board minutes approving the subdivision. Please also provide a department of water and sewer asbuilt of the roadway on Grove Ave showing the township of Verona water and sewer existing facilities, locations, dimensions, and invert depths for the new utilities to tie into. Thank you!
