Dear New Jersey Department of Transportation,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Does the state have plans to use their owned piece of land on 171 Highway 35 to make a pond or not? Also, would they move that plan?
Yours faithfully,
Teddy Shamma
