I am requesting all municipal records concerning 16 Wilson Road, Lambertville, NJ 08530, also known as Block 33, Lot 15.03, including but not limited to: septic records, well records, building permits, open/closed permits, inspection reports, failed inspections, certificates of occupancy or approval, zoning records, zoning violations, property maintenance complaints, code enforcement records, driveway/access records, easement/right-of-way records, township engineer correspondence, environmental records, oil tank records, tax assessor property record card, tax maps, and all related correspondence.

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.
