Dear Evesham Township,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

Dear Ms. Stumpf: thank you for your OPRA submission attached,
unfortunately, we are unable to process your request at this time. As is
indicated on the Township’s OPRA form coversheet, “open/closed”, “any/all”
permits is not naming the record, is too broad, and requires
clarification. Per OPRA law we are not required to research records. We
request clarification because i.e. “any permits/any information” can be
construed as (or range as) anywhere from a parking permit to a block-party
permit, to a food-handler’s permit, etc. etc. . . . By providing us the
specific identifiable type/category of the record (i.e. construction
permits), there is no miscommunication or assumptions by either party, and
it eliminates the research implication which would invalidate your OPRA
request.
Furthermore, you did not state the date or date range of the records.
Therefore, please provide the following information so we may begin
processing your request:
• Date or Date range of record(s) being requested (again, we are not
required to research)
• Clarification of the type of permit

It made me submit a new request and that has not been responded to by the township , and I sent the answers in the other request. Please see below for the answers to the questions asked by the township.

• Clarification of Permit - Any OPEN HVAC, ANY OPEN OIL TANK REMOVAL, ANY OPEN RENOVATION PERMITS (INTERIOR OR EXTERIOR), ANY OPEN SEPTIC TANK PERMITS, ANY OPEN WELL PERMITS, ANY OPEN ELECTRICAL PERMITS, JUST NEED TO KNOW OF ANY OPEN PERMITS CURRENTLY OPEN FOR THE PROPERTY.
