Dear Medford Lakes Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: Record showing that permit 08-0045 has been closed for 169 Mohawk Trail Medford Lakes NJ . Russ Daley, owner, called and was told it was an error and would be closed out. When I called your office, they said I could rerun the OPRA report.
