The Old Bridge Township Records Custodian received your Open Public
Records Act (OPRA) requests on January 11, 2021.  As such, the seven (7)
business day deadline to respond to your request is January 21, 2021. 
This response to your request is being provided to you on the business day
after the custodian’s receipt of said requests. 

Your OPRA request sought access to the following:

“15 Linbrook Dr #28 Old Bridge NJ 08879 Block 2150 Lot 4….Entire Bldg file
including any & all permits (Open & Closed) Variance Applications
Violation Notices Letters of No Interest Information confirming home does
not have to be lifted Any other records contained in the Bldg file”

Please see attached permit documents responsive to your request.   These
are the only records returned in response to inquiry of the department and
are being transmitted to you via email per your request.  Pursuant to
N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.b., there is no cost associated with this response. 
PLEASE NOTE: Any file names of the attached permits that begin with “C”
are closed permits, and others are open or expired.  Per the Construction
Department, any work completed without permits, the propertyowner will
need to secure permits for said work prior to resale of the home.  Absence
of a permit for an oil tank does not mean there were never tanks onsite. 
Interested parties should do their due diligence. There are no current
property maintenance violations for this property. 

With regard to “information confirming home does not have to be lifted” 
or “any other records contained in building file”, pursuant to N.J.S.A.
47:1A-1.1 it has been determined that this portion of your request does
not qualify as a document request pursuant to the OPRA laws and definition
thereof.  Governmental custodians are not required to conduct research,
analyze, collate, compile and or correlate data from existing government
records.  A blanket request for all documents is not a document request
pursuant to OPRA and existing case law.  Pursuant to MAG Entertainment,
LLC v. Div. of Alcoholic Beverage Control, 375 N.J. Super. 534, 868A2d
1067 (App. Div. 2005), and Bent 381 NJ Super 30.  Under OPRA, agencies are
required to disclose only "identifiable" governmental documents not
otherwise exempt.  Wholesale requests for general information which have
to be collated, analyzed, and compiled by the entity are not required. 
Therefore, I respectfully deny this part of your request at this time.
