Dear Town of Hackettstown,

This is an email request for public records under New Jersey's Open Public Records Act, and the common law right of access.

Requested Records:

(1) All public records relating to the property located at 15 Brantwood Ter, Hackettstown, NJ 07840. Please include ownership history, permits, variances, oil tank history/removal (if applicable), sewer connection, etc. If any records are not available electronically, please provide instructions on how they can be obtained.

(2) For the period January 1, 2017 to the present, all public records relating to applications and/or plans to install any microcell tower, mini cell tower, microcell technology, small cells, or any wireless or telecommunications equipment in the public right-of-way.

(3) For the period January 1, 2017 to the present, all public records relating to applications and/or plans to build cell phone tower(s) within 1 mile of the property located at 15 Brantwood Ter, Hackettstown, NJ 07840.

(4) For the period January 1, 2017 to the present, all public records relating to applications and/or plans for new development projects within 1 mile of the property located at 15 Brantwood Ter, Hackettstown, NJ 07840.

(5) For the period January 1, 2017 to the present, all public records relating to applications and/or plans to install or construct any new structure(s) in the public right-of-way. Note that the term "structure" means anything constructed, assembled or erected which requires location on the ground or attachment to something having such location on or in the ground. See p. 200-15, Land Development Ordinance, adopted by the Town Council, August 9, 1999 (updated and codified through December 31, 2018, by Maser Consulting P.A.)

I believe the scope of this above request complies with N.J.S.A.10:4-6, et seq. and falls outside any exemption provided therein (P.L.1963, c.73 (C.47:1A-1 et seq.)) N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 further provides an independent means for citizens to gain access to public information.

As a purchaser of the property located at 15 Brantwood Ter, Hackettstown, NJ 07840, I am asking that my request be completed within the statutory period. However, given the current situation (COVID-19), if seven business days is insufficient, please send any information as it becomes available and within the shortest time possible.
