The Borough of Oceanport has received your Records Request (OPRA)
dated 10/01/2020. The official Records Custodian received your
OPRA request on 10/01/2020. As such, the seven (7) business day

RESPONSE:
1. Attached is a copy of the entire building file including any
and all permits (open & closed) and a Board of Adjustment Approval
with Plot Plan. Please note that the attached records have been
redacted for personal identifying information including unlisted
telephone numbers, personal email addresses and social security
numbers pursuant with Exemption N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 (personal
identifying information).

2. There were no records of violation notices.

3. Your request sought "Letters of No Interest Information
confirming home does not have to be lifted". Please note that the
Borough has no such record of that type. The Borough's Flood
Damage Prevention Ordinance (https://ecode360.com/11274813)
provides for the issuance of a Letter of Substantial Damage or
Improvement which the building department file did not contain.
