With regards to your Public Records request. Septic and Well Permits and Inspections(Health Department) are done by Ocean County Board of Health and need to be requested directly from them: www.ochd.org

Please see attached per you're OPRA Request. The Ocean County Health Department handles all septic permits..

For your convenience you may access this information directly on our Portal for Construction. You just need to go to Berkeley Township on a Google Search and then in the Construction Department you will see the link for SDL. Just register and you may check any property in the Township. You will see the same information that I am providing.
