This property is registered with our VPR program. It is up to date with registration through the end of 2023. It will be due for renewal in January of 2024 for the fourth renewal with a $3,000.00 registration fee owed.
There are no open property maintenance violations for this property at this time.
As we spoke about the other day, you will need to contact the tax collector for lien information, they will give a verbal confirmation over the phone or they can do a tax search for anything in writing. The fee is $10 per property.
