Dear Newark City,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Complete body cam footage of the incident that occurred at the Davis Youth Center concerning Brandon. I have reason to believe that child is being abused by one of the center workers.

Also requesting full documented report of the incident.
