For the property located at 138 Ellisdale Road, please provide me with the following:
- Site plans of the property
- All permits issued for the property over the last 15 years
- Any violations flagged by the Municipality over the last 15 years for the property
- Any current encumbrances on the property.

I initially made this request to Allentown Boro, but they directed me to make this request to Upper Freehold.
