Please see the attached response that has been located related to your request filed under the auspices of the NJ Open Public Records Act (OPRA), NJSA 47:1-A-1 et seq. Please note, if there are no questions, I will consider this request fulfilled and closed and there is no charge. There are no tax liens or code enforcement violations. As previously advised, the Borough of Little Silver water is provided by NJ American Water and Sewer by Two River Water Reclamation Authority and those separate entities maintain those records.
