Records requested:
Please provide my office with information and/or reports as to any and all permits outstanding or closed including but not limited to building / construction / electrical / demolition / plumbing / asbestos in addition to lead records, asbestos reports and property inspection reports.

Please also provide any and all Under/Above Ground Storage Tank records, UCC (building) violations and Hazardous Waste/Spill Incident Reports, Permits, Fire/Incident Reports, Inspections and Violations Reports, Community Right-to-Know Records, DEP Reports Right to Know and property code Enforcement Inspections.

Please also provide confirmation as to whether or not all permits have been closed out.
