This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

All Discovery for 1/26/23 18 Frances Ave Clementon NJ 911 calls, police body cam footage, audio recordings, notes, form and all other discovery related to that call including dispatch of ambulance, police reports and investigation notes. To include anything related to Rebecca Holloway and myself.

Dear Kimberly Boyne,
I plan on filling charges against someone since the police department as well as the prosecutors failed to do so. I have right to discovery as I’m representing myself. I have received information like this in the past as it’s my right to build case for a civil complaint as being the victim of domestic violence. Unless there is open investigation and to my knowledge there is not then I’m entitled to the police camera footage as well as all notes, emails, and reports as discovery. Please allow me to have these materials. You can consult Clementon a prosecutor for this as I have had to in the past.
