Open, closed, and pending permits for any variances relevant to the property.
Open and closed permits for the installation of an alarm system.
Documents regarding any variance pending, granted, or denied for this property.
Complaints filed by the municipality and other citations for code or other violations.
Any pending or finalized assessment for the property.
Tax Assessors' reports or memos regarding the property.
Inspections for environmental issues and underground fuel tanks for the property.
The current certificate of occupancy for the property.
Any document indicating if the property is in a flood zone.
Current survey for the property or since the property was built
A list of off-site conditions that may affect the property value maintained by the municipality pursuant to the New Residential Construction Off-Site Conditions disclosure.
