The undersigned represents, Tamas Biro who fell and injured himself on 4/10/19 while working on a house at 114 Ella Drive, Branchburg, NJ. We would like to obtain copies of any construction permits, specifically with regard to the roof within 12 months of the date of accident.
Please provide homeowner's name, and name/address of the contractor if a permit was opened by the homeowner.
