10 years of open and closed records for permits, applications, certificates of occupancy, violations, easements, discoveries, inspections, restrictions, liens, judgments, code issues, unpaid taxes, summons, variances, surveys, number of bedrooms and bathrooms on the certificate of occupancy, is the property for 2-family.
