This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

I am being denied access to all thee information regarding my case and was informed by A/ Lt. John Kenney, from internal affairs that it was deemed confidential and I have no rights to it. How is it possible that I can be denied my own discovery of my own case and be told that the information is confidential?

I am employing you to assist me in getting my discovery of "my case".
