Good Morning Ms. Burr:
I received your OPRA request via e-mail on October 28th and pulled the closed file that I have for the above referenced block and lot. I have attached two Zoning Applications from our files and the PDF "labeled" Scan.pdf came from the Rumson-Fair Haven Building Department. They still have an open file on this property (new construction) and that can be viewed at the Fair Haven-Rumson Building Department 80 East River Road, Rumson. I do not see any violation correspondence for this property or mention of a lift requirement.
With regard to the variance application, I have forwarded your request to Jen Johnson, Planning Board and Zoning Board Secretary, and she will pull her file and provide any information she has no later than November 6, 2020.
