Dear Atlantic Highlands Borough,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding in that no record requested is subject to a Court order and or pending discovery request.
Records requested:
1. All building permits issued for 10 Ocean Blvd, Atlantic Highlands, NJ from January 1, 2020 to present
2. All HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, or electrical permits for the above property and timeframe
3. Names and license numbers of all contractors listed on said permits
4. All certificates of inspection for the property
5. All code enforcement violations, complaints, or notices issued for the property from 2020 to present
6. All inspection reports related to HVAC or mechanical systems
7. Any stop work orders issued for the property
8. Any records showing York Mechanical Corp, York Mechanical Corporation, York AC, or York HVAC as a contractor
My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.
If no responsive records exist for any portion of this request, please provide a written certification stating that a diligent search was performed and no records were found. Please include in such certification: (1) the specific databases, files, or record systems searched; (2) the search terms used; (3) the date the search was performed; and (4) the name and title of the person who performed the search.
If any portion of this request is denied, please cite the specific legal authority for such denial.
