In response to your OPRA Request, attached are copies of the certificate,
permit and survey that are on file in the construction department for 10
Madison Court.
There are no permits for an oil tank, septic tank and there are no
violations on file in the construction department.
Please contact the following entities for the additional information being
requested:
Burlington County Health Department: (609) 265-5548 – Septic information
Fire Department: (856) 234-6053 - Violations
This completes the OPRA Request for the construction department.
