Dear Borough of Englewood Cliffs,

Thank you for clarifying but the house changed ownership in 2022 there has to be a CCO on record.
The tax card on record I have clearly states this is a single family home the tax assessor Mr. G. REGGO put this home on record as a single family and town has been collecting single family tax. Since of 2022 this home is being rented out as two family and has two tenants who have been paying rent since the house was purchased by the new owner. So there would need to be two certificates of occupancy on record one for the first floor and one for the second floor tenants and the tax card would have to be on record as a two family. As for the construction permits etc, I don't want a block grid I want the actual permits that were filed by plumber, electrician, construction. Etc. that can be printed out. And you would have to have a permit for the conversion of this home from a single to a two family. There would be three permits one from the electrician, one from the plumber, one from the construction for the conversion from one family to two family. two hot water heaters two boilers etc. If you have Nothing on file that you can find then clearly this house was not legally converted properly as clearly as the taxes stated. I hope I clearly stated what I am looking for and I greatly appreciate your time and effort with this matter at hand.

After review I see this is the second request for this property and not attached to the first one, I will mark this as refused to answer and submit exactly the same "Copy Paste" as a third request. Whom do I have to address the third OPRA to? What is your name and position with the town?
