All reports involving myself 108 Spruce vs 106 Spruce since 6/9/2023 Previously already requested.

Any and all Court actions taken again 106 Spruce for as long as tenant was Mr. James DeRosa. Law enforcement advised that all prior tenants in my unit had gone to court with Mr DeRosa, and he is now harassing my 9 year old along with a 4 yr old and 2 1/2 year old by peeking thru peep hole and violently punching the door and or window multiple times shaking the entire house so much that I heard it from inside and went running out.. Law enforcement advised any and all previous neighbor harassment and/or conflicts could be received by me via public Opra request and should be utilized as evidence if and when the case for stalking and harassment goes to superior court, Thank you.
